From Italy to India with our next dinner dish, a delicious, creamy, coconutty Chicken Korma. This traditional dish consists of meat (your preference, we prefer chicken), braised with yoghurt (dahi) and spices to produce a thick sweet sauce. While prep and cooking should only take 40 to 50 minutes, you’ll need to marinate your meat in the spices for at least two hours, but preferably overnight, to allow the delicious flavours to absorb. Serve your finished dish with rice and naan or to keep calories down, opt for caulirice or something similar.
